The family is busy gathering information for their scheduled design consultation next week. They know they want a floor plan that will be welcoming to guests. They want to be able to comfortably accomodate two families with children in addition to their own family. They also want to take advantage of the views of both lakes from the lot by having large windows.

Below is a lot diagram they had prepared. It shows the shape of their lot as well as the location in relation to the roads and lakes. The family expects the land to play a major role as they make design decisions, so they wanted to have a nice diagram to share with the designer.
